The agreement between you and Conistra. We've kept it readable.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Conistra, a service based in Switzerland ("Conistra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Conistra.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Conistra. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
Conistra generates content strategy, captions, visuals, and posting schedules from your input, and can publish that content to Instagram accounts you connect. Conistra produces and automates content — it does not guarantee any particular audience growth, reach, follower count, or business result.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@conistra.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
If you change your mind after subscribing, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by emailing hello@conistra.ai — no support tickets, no friction.
You can cancel any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you keep the content you've already created. We don't charge you again after cancellation.
Conistra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. When you connect an account, you authorise Conistra to act on your behalf to publish and manage content. You remain responsible for complying with Instagram's terms and policies, and you're responsible for the content you publish. We are not liable for any action a third-party platform takes against your account, including limits, suspension, or removal.
You agree not to use Conistra to create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that violates the rules of any platform you connect. You also agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
Conistra uses AI to generate content, which can occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable. You're responsible for reviewing content before it's published where you've chosen to review, and for ensuring it's appropriate for your audience and lawful. As between you and us, you own the content you create with Conistra, to the extent permitted by law.
If you switch on Real Photos, Conistra may include photographs sourced from third-party repositories in your posts. We only accept photographs published under a licence that permits commercial use and modification (for example CC0, public domain, CC BY, CC BY-SA), and where the licence requires attribution we add the photographer's credit to your caption automatically. You must not remove that credit. Licence metadata comes from the source repository and we can't guarantee it is correct — you remain responsible for the content you publish, and you should check the linked source page for any photograph before approving a post. A photograph's licence covers the photographer's copyright only: it does not grant rights in trademarks, or in the likeness of any people shown, which is why photographs with identifiable people are excluded unless you explicitly enable them. Real Photos is off by default and can be switched off at any time in Settings.
The Conistra platform, software, branding, and underlying systems belong to us. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conistra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Swiss law.
You can stop using Conistra at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you a different forum.
